(Magyar) Hungarian Divide a Bátor Táborért / Teljes táv 1200km+
When I am not riding my bike with my dog in the Pilis mountains, or racing the world’s highest mountain bike race, I might be touring Hungary’s longest bikepacking route the Hungarian Divide. Last year I finished after 1250kms with an unforgettable experience. An experience which not all can have especially if they are seriously ill children. And that is the mission of Bátor Tábor to provide such experiences for these children and their families. I first heard about Bátor Tábor two years ago and instantly knew I would like to support this cause somehow, sometime. And that time came now, as the organizers of the Hungarian Divide joined the charity sport community of Bátor Tábor Foundation.
My aim is to collect donations amounting to 200000 Forint and for that I am asking your help who are reading this! I will give my kilometers, my sweat, my muscle pain over 8-9 days, 1400kms and more than 20000m of elevation gain. You just need to adopt my miles.
Until the Hungarian Divide starts in August there is a little bit of time, so I would like to donate my training kilometers as well beginning of June. I estimate it to be about 3000km, or even a little bit more. For the plus on motivation I will also donate 10Ft / km to the charity. Please help me reach my goal, every km/Forint counts!
