Our Brave HeaRt team will participate in the race of 30th SPAR Marathon on 11 October as a member of Bátor Tábor Foundation offering complex therapeutic recreation programs for children with serious illnesses. Our ambition is to collect HUF 1.000.000 as a donation for Bátor Tábor. Please join us supporting this aim by adopting 1 km from our run! I personally have not participated in running races since the secondary school time and started running again just a few years ago primarily to improve health conditions. I have “re-fallen” in love with running and recently I have been thinking more and more about the participation in a race. However I have not been motivated enough to register for any until I have met the sport community of Bátor Tábor Experience Commando. I have realized how important for me to find a meaningful and inspiring aim in running as well - similarly to other parts of my life - which I am keen to struggle and strive for. I can fully identify myself with the purpose of Bátor Tábor, which I am eager to work, move and mobilize others and run of course for. Our workplace, our colleagues and our culture are really sensitive and react with voluntary cooperation to support people being in tough life situation or in need, inside and outside of our community. We do believe that now we are running for an invaluable purpose entirely harmonizing with our individual and organizational values. That is why we have set up our Brave HeaRt running team recruited from the members of HR professionals working at Raiffeisen Bank. We do hope you can share our thoughts, feelings and aims, and will be able to support the children of Bátor Tábor through our running.
