Hello everyone! It was wintertime, when two good friends, Eszter and Peti, came up with the idea of swimming across Lake Balaton. We knew about the legendary race, we have never done this before, but we like swimming so we decided to take the challenge and started to train. As this idea was forming in our heads, we realised that this should not be just about the challenge and the commitment to this sport, but it could serve a higher, more noble purpose. As young doctors it is an integral prart of our lives the help of the sick and the ones in need. Because of this, we decided to look for a more precise answer for one of our ‘’’why”-s. In this way we found the “Bátortábor élménykülönítmény”, and we instantly took the decision of helping these children! Dear friends, if you have the possibility and desire to donate to the charity programme, you can contribute to the maintenance of these camps, through our participation in the race .
