At spring of 2017, my casual life was completely transformed and due to a lucky accident, I found myself on the French way of St. James, known as 'El Camino'. After two enchanting, but extremely difficult weeks I ended up in the hospital of Burgos after a surgery. That was the end of my pilgrimage for that time. However, I did not give up! I knew that after my recovery, I would go back and finish Camino. So I did. In August for another 4 weeks, I walked nearly 900 km in total, which not only physically, but also mentally influenced me. The miracles I faced every day stole my heard and I fell in love with 'Camino experience'. I left behind not only the kilometers, but my old myself. I reborn on the sunflower fields of meseta. I found faith and inner strength, that I had no idea of it's existence. That kind of faith, that I think we all need to have in ourselves, regardless of age, gender, ethnic, religion and financial status. I would like to strengthen this faith in every little patients of Bátor Tábor and their family members with all the kilometers of my pilgrimage!
