I have only ever run for myself and my own fitness and health. Never have I trained towards a specific goal or a specific purpose. My motivation to make me go running would lie in the motivation to run further or faster than I did the last time. However this was not always enough to get me out and about. Now, that I am running for something much more important, I feel I have something to run towards. I am no longer only motivated by personal challenge. I am motivated by the pledge I have made to support something much bigger than myself. You can support this too.
