I love to be running. I am not a champion, I don’t hold any records, I am not going to win any competitions. And then I realised, that even that little is enough for a lot of things. I can support seriously sick kids. I am not supporting lifesaving operations, nor vital equipment for their healing. I am supporting them receiving lifesaving experiences and vital equipment for their childhood. They can participate in a camp where the everydays are not only about taking their medicines regularly and waiting for the next operation. They can be real children, even if only for a few days. They get confidence from riding, rowing, climbing trees and have so many little successes that maybe they start believing in their own healing. And once they start to believe, they will heal. I wish more kids could participate in this confidencebuilding-healinghelping experience, so I decided to support them with my own tools: I want to raise 150 000 HUF for them by running the Vivicitta half marathon on 21 April. This means that I run 100 metres for 715 HUF. Help me to raise enough to run the 21 kilometres! And I promise that if I raise more, I am going to run the rest too – actually I aim for the whole marathon…
