My name is Gabor and what you need to know about me is that sport has always been a large part of my life: everything from water polo to triathlon, CrossFit, diving, ice hockey, boxing. I dare you to challenge me! With Lea, my faithful, free-spirited dog, who is a black and white vizsla, we’ve been boldly wandering in the woods, discovering the most beautiful places with no distance spared. A year ago a new love „running” took over my life. I wouldn’t say that our relationship had an easy start, at the beginning every kilometer was a misery. However, the journey makes you ponder, calls for personal insight and changes you. I set bigger goals to challenge myself and my limits. My next race is going to be the Lavoredo Cortina Trail (48 km, altitude: 2600 m) for which I’ve been continuously training both physically and mentally. https://youtu.be/2ZR3OtV0Kdo I think I got to that point where I don’t selfishly run for myself only but for others as well. For the kids from the Bator Tabor Foundation, who also fight every day. This year at the Vivicitta Half Marathon I’ll line up at the start for charitable purposes as the member of the Bator Tabor Foundation’s running team. My fund raising goal is 350,000 HUF.
