With Szinergia team, we're taking on an unusual project: this time we're not counting milestones, but kilometers. Instead of deadlines, our eyes are fixed on the next climb, and even our roadmap takes on a new meaning among the hills of the Balaton Uplands. In our everyday work, we stand by our clients through change, but we never lose sight of the most important piece of organizational development: building communities where people can count on each other. Right now, we want to support families for whom change was never a choice. A child's serious illness turns everyday life upside down in an instant. Bátor Tábor's ('Brave Camp') free programs offer a way out of that difficult period — a chance to step out of the treadmill of hospital treatments and simply be kids again: to play, to laugh, to gather carefree moments. That's why we're taking on this challenge: running 115 kilometers and climbing more than 2,100 meters of elevation at the Ultrabalaton TRAIL. Adopt one of our kilometers, and let's create healing experiences together for the Bravest among us.
