We have a very diverse team: 2 of us are volunteers of Bátor Tábor (member of Serious Fun Camp network, organizing recreational therapeutic camps for seriously ill children and their families) for many years, 2 of us have only applied recently, two of us are recreational rowers, 2 of us are professionals with great results, we are members of 4 different Hungarian rowing clubs which are in 2 different cities. But there are some important things which connect us: our love for Bátor Tábor and our enthusiasm for rowing and lats but not least, our common goal: to support the renewal of the high rope slope of the camp to ensure that the future campers from Hungary, Slovakia, Poland and the Czech Republic can also gain once-in-a-lifetime experience there. This motivates us to train and to participate in Tass-MEC Long-distance Regatta (52 km) on 24th October as the first rowing team in the history of Bátor Tábor’s charity sport community. Our fundraising goal is HUF 300,000 (appr. € 830). Please, help us and adopt one (or more ?) kilometer of our rowing! Imi, Dorina, Kinga, Judit
