I decided to turn my back on what's comfortable and what's safe and what some would call "common sense": well that was day 1. With each step comes the decision to take another. I am on my way now. I am on my way to help: Give back the passion for children who fight with diseases, like I fight with my limits. I enter the 12th Balaton Maraton and Half Maraton race that support The Bátor Tábor (Camp of Courage) where I took part in the complex therapeutic recreation program for children living with cancer and chronic diseases. They can have a lot of fun, success and reinforcement – all things they did not experience during the long and painful hospital treatments. All programs are meant to provide a feeling of success, which positively influences their self-esteem and recovery process. My aim is to provide even more children in need with healing experiences, for free, in coming years. Please, sponsor my running! I offer the kilometres I cover for symbolic adoption – for even the price of a coffee . Thank you for your support!
