We spend your donation to give back the childhood of seriously and chronically ill children with the help of our method, the therapeutic recreation.
As an amateur trail runner and long distance hiker I would like to connect somehow my individual hobby to the benefit of community. As a father of a genuine son (who has been labeled 'handicapped' by the experts), I have got a lot of experience about the problems of children in chronic condition and of their family members. Moreover, my conviction is (based on decades of experience) that nature, movement, adventures and personal challenges - that is: 'experience therapy' - are one of the best and most effective cures for them. Connecting these three things, it was self-evident that I have to join to the Élménykülönítmény ('Experience Commando') of 'Bátor Tábor' ('Camp of the Braves'). I am going to test myself - and your willing to benefaction - on the 20th of October on 'Panorama Trail'. This will be my first Marathon distance trail. The 'Camp of the Braves' is concerned with experience therapy of children in chronic condition. The base of this activity are financial donations. Whatever you give, you must be sure that we (You, the giver, and Me, the mediator) earned that money with much less time and energy than the amount of experience and beautiful memories it creates.
