Megyeri Regina
35th SPAR Budapest Marathon® Festival / 10 km
Hi there!
My name is Regina, and this year I am running for the Bátor Tábor!
Sport has always been part of my life ( my profession would also be a PE teacher) and last year I started to run more frequently so I’ve decided to go on a marathon as well this year. As I participated this September on the 35th Wizz Air Half Marathon, I’ve met with the Élménykülönítmény booth and then I already knew: my next marathon will be for the Miracle Kids.
I have heard about the Bátor Tábor last year and unfortunately, I couldn’t join the camp because of the pandemic this year, so that is how it happened, that I applied for the 35th SPAR Budapest Marathon within the Bátor Tábor’s framework to have my 10 km charity run. What else could be such an amazing feeling then helping cancer-afflicted and chronically ill children and in the same time doing sport? 🙂
Let’s get to the part where You can help me:
Please adopt 1 km from my run by donating a price of a coffee or a cinema ticket, or any other amount that you can afford and my part will be that I will try to do my bests at the marathon! These amazingly brave children are having life-changing experiences in the camp and it would just make me smile to know that I could help them with my charity run as well!
My fundraising goal is 150 000 Huf and I am sure, that with Your help I will be able to collect it in a short time! Every amount is arriving for the Bátor Tábor Foundation!
I believe that the sun is always shining above the clouds!
