1.August: Grunnesund (Lillesand) - Homborsund - Grimstad - Arendal 41,93km 1918, 93km/4600km Végre az előrejelzés jó feltételeket ígért. Még az elején kaptam némi szembeszelet, és a sziklás tengerpartról visszaverődő hullámokat. .A követő alkalmazás kikapcsolta magát... amit csak 6 km után vettem észre . Grimstadban élelmiszerboltba mentem, és amikor kész voltam folytatni a kajakozást, az időjárás is nagyon nyugodt lett. Stavanger óta először nem volt szél és sima volt a tenger. ? 31.July. Grunnesund /Lillesand Ma többnyire a sátorban lazítottam, amig kint esett és fújt. Aztán felmásztam a canyon tetejére, logy más szemszögből is lássam a táborhelyet, és hogy megnézzem mi a helyzez az útvonalamon.. Még mindig nem frankó, igy örültem csak a fotózásnak. Today mostly I just relaxed in the tent while it was raining and blowing outside. Than I climbed up to the top of the canyon, to have other wiev of my campsite, and look how its going outside on my route... Still bad conditions, so I'm just happy to take the photos.

Botnane - Florø - Askrova - Svanøy 37,3km 1210, 9km/4600km Ma azt hittem könnyű napon lesz a széllel a hátamban. Eleinte az is volt, szél és hullámok iránya megegyezett az enyémmel... A 16km-re lévő Florø - t 2ora 15perc alatt értem el. ? Aztán a szél csak erősebb és erősebb lett... éscazt vettem észre hogy már nem vicces.
